Led by CEO Mike Seitz, the EarthWise Pet Franchise continues to grow in size and stature in the pet industry, resulting in our franchise winning the 2021 Retailer of the Year Award by Pet Business! According to Mark Kalaygian, publishing director and editor-in-chief of Pet Business, “Michael Seitz and his team have built EarthWise Pet into one of the country’s leading pet retail and service chains by taking the intimacy and passion of a local, owner-operated business and combining it with the vision and resources of a centralized organization made up of pet retail experts. 

We took a few minutes to catch up with Mike Anderson, owner and operator of EarthWise Pet Bentonville. 

On EarthWise Pet winning Retailer of the Year, Mike said “well, obviously, we’re absolutely thrilled to be a part of this dynamic, special organization. It’s great to see Mike’s hard work paying off and we know that with him at the helm our store and our owners have a great future ahead of them.”

Mike has only just recently come into the EarthWise Pet Franchise family, completing a purchase of the Bentonville pet supplies and pet grooming store in late summer of 2021. Nonetheless, he’s excited about the news and knows that it will be great for pet parents in the Bentonville, Arkansas area as well.
